There is going to be a road and helmet safety fair in Timmins later this week. The free event will have bike helmet fittings and child car seat checks by Timmins Police. There will also be a bike rodeo for kids, and a raffle for bikes and helmets. Friday’s event is in the Canadian Tire parking lot at 2199 Riverside Drive and runs from 10 to 3.
