Almost lost in the shuffling and detouring around this summer’s connecting link reconstruction, are other projects the city’s tackling downtown.
The parking lot on the east side of Cedar St., just south of Algonquin Blvd. has had its pavement removed and been levelled off. City Hall says it will be repaved and new lines painted on it this week.
That will be followed by similar work on the parking lot between Spruce and Pine Sts., between First and Second Aves. You’ll be given seven days notice to find alternate parking before that work begins.
WEDNESDAY UPDATE: Line painting appears to be almost done as of noon.
