Timmins Childbirth Classes.

Are you expecting and interested in taking a free
prenatal class that teaches breathing techniques to help manage labor plus breastfeeding education, infant care ,postpartum care and much more?
The next Prenatal/Lamaze class will begin Thursday November 9th
The class runs for six weeks from 6:30 to 8:00 pm on consecutive Thursdays.

If you would like to register for the class or want more information please call 705-531-2586.
The best time to start taking the class is between 28-32 weeks however, you can take it earlier if the next class in January will be too late for you.
