Two Kapuskasing men are facing several charges following an incident in Timmins on Wednesday. Officers noticed a suspicious vehicle in the parking lot of a business not opened yet. Investigation revealed that the vehicle was stolen from Kap. Quantities of controlled substance were also recovered by police.
A 26 year old man is charged with possession of property obtained by crime and failure to comply with a probation order.
A second Kap man is charged with two counts of possession of a controlled substance and two counts of failure to comply with a probation order.
