Timmins Police Service has charged a local man with seven weapon’s related offences following an incident on Third Avenue in the city last Friday, Dec. 13.
After watching the video, police determined that two people got involved in a physical confrontation and fired their guns.
A 34 year old from Timmins is charged with seven weapons relations offences including carless use and discharge of a firearm, as well as unauthorized possession of a firearm. That person is also facing an obstruction of police charge.
The investigation is ongoing while Police resolve the other people involved in the incident.
