Environment Canada has issued and extreme cold warning for Timmins and the surrounding area today (January 21, 2025)
Wind chill will make it feel between -40 and -45.
Cold related symptoms to watch for: shortness of breath, chest pain, muscle pain and weakness, numbness and colour change in fingers and toes.
Remember if it’s too cold for you to stay outside, it’s also too cold for your pets to stay outside.
