According to Ontario 511 at this moment Highways 11, 101, 144 and 655 have officially re-opened

Some road closures to report:

Denise Street from Louise Avenue to Westmount Boulevard is closed for construction
Dwyer Avenue from Aura Lake Street to Boundary Lane is closed for water system repair
Government Road North from Riverside Drive to Sandy Falls Road is closed for construction
Tonelli Street from Reliable Lane to Cody Avenue West is closed for construction
Victoria Avenue from 27m east of Bartleman Street to Maclean Drive is closed for sewer repair
Pine Street South from Algonquin Boulevard East to 3Rd Avenue is closed due to a water main break
2Nd Avenue from Brunette Road to Spruce Street South is closed for construction
Balsam Street North from 7Th Avenue to 8Th Avenue is closed due to a water main break
Lois Crescent from 202 m north of Lonergan Boulevard to 202 m north of Lonergan Boulevard is closed for construction and only open to local traffic
Cecil Avenue from Moore Street to Main Street is closed for sewer/storm repair
Jubilee Avenue West from Melrose Boulevard to Rea Street North is closed for construction
